📄 General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
1. Legal Information
This website is published by QUINZLAB, a SAS company with a capital of €1000, registered with the Perpignan Trade and Companies Register under number 97753749700017, specializing notably in the generation of sports GPX tracks.
2. Purpose
These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale or reservation of services offered on the site localjockey.com, notably the generation of GPX tracks of sports activities.
3. Services Offered
LocalJockey allows its users to view or generate GPX tracks corresponding to an activity already performed or intended to be performed. It was designed so that athletes who lost their GPX tracks (watch failure on long distances) can recreate them in order to archive and have a track as similar as possible to what they actually did.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Payment is made via a secure platform. No refunds will be made once the track has been generated.
5. Cancellation and Refund
No refunds will be made once the track has been generated.
6. Liability
QUINZLAB cannot be held responsible for any injury, accident or incident occurring during an activity. Each user agrees to comply with safety rules and to have adequate personal insurance. The site LocalJockey.com is not intended to create fake GPX tracks that could mislead any third parties. The generated tracks are virtual and must be used as such.
7. Personal Data
In accordance with the GDPR, personal data collected is used only within the framework of the services offered and is never sold. Each user can request access to, modification or deletion of their data.
To date, LocalJockey.com does not collect any personal data.
8. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site localjockey.com (logo, content, design) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or exploitation without authorization is prohibited.
9. Applicable Law
These GTC are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the registered office of QUINZLAB.
